was the address where I was sent my initial withdrawal request. It appears to be the main wallet that is used to fund FUN withdrawals for everyone. Its basically empty right now.

is the main holdings and has no activity for 6 days. There should be FUN transfers from here to the other wallet and out as people request them.... there have been none. I have a pending withdrawal that has yet to be seen coming out of this wallet. Why are the wallets so quiet now? I am not sure but small amounts of coins seem to generally come out fine, with large requests going unanswered.

This is frustrating to say the least.

They only refill their wallet every few weeks, usually for an amount of 5 million tokens. That is usually enough to last for a good while, but in recent weeks there have been some very large withdrawals that have emptied the wallet. People that are worried about the site are probably moving their funds out to prevent losing them. Also, large holders might be withdrawing their tokens to sell them on an exchange where they can get a much better rate. The only thing you can do now is wait for the wallet to be refilled.

They refill it when it is close to being empty or within a few days of being emptied. There is a 12 month gap when there was no deposits or withdrawals and I think this was when some third party API stopped working and withdrawals would always get cancelled. The next refill should come very soon assuming there is still somebody there trying to keep things running.

Well, having registered on this forum in June, you may already have noticed the problems the site is having, which have been discussed at length in this thread.
What is happening to you is not uncommon and fortunately so far the deposits are being credited at some point. Late, but they credit them, which is not a good way of doing things for a business that worked perfectly well in the past and had a great reputation.

Yes this is frustrating when you deposit and you come to know that you have to contact the team in order to process the deposits. I know sometimes if the site is having problems they delay the withdrawals but delaying the deposits is just beyond my understanding. 

There are people who know that this site is having problems, people on this forum already know about this but every now and then when I see that people complaining, it seems that they aren't aware of the issues at freebitco and deposit there to play without knowing what's coming their way.

I opened my freebitcoin account and the golden ticket booster promotion will run in about 21 hours, but is there still anyone who routinely does freerolls at this casino with all the issues that are going on? this can indeed be obtained from freerolls but with all the issues that are still going on I feel it is useless to follow the promo at this casino.

You are still lucky that your deposit is credited even with this slow process. I wonder what’s the motive to still deposit on this casino even with many issue still active? Tried to play on this casino many times but there’s no big deal to make me stay playing despite problems and minimal profit on investment.

If you check TheQuin's profile, you will see that he has been offline since May 23 and it's very very unlikely that people will get response from him.
TheQuin left the forum suddenly and all the issues with freebitco started almost at the same time.

Absolutely. If you followed my case closely you will notice that I kept pointing out I had used the platform seamlessly before this incident. I'm just glad to have it resolved and yes of course it is only right I provide everyone here with updates as all my complaints were also publicly made.

However, I still strongly believe that freebitco.in needs extra hands on their support side of things because however you choose to look at it, it still makes no sense I was made to wait for 8 months to get something as simple as that resolved. This kind of situation definitely causes panic and doubt to the user and community at large.

I'm really sorry this took so long. I didn't take it seriously at the time because it's an issue that I get complaints about all the time and there's never been an actual problem with it before. When there are 2 outputs to the same address in a transaction the script that checks each new block credits the first one and then there's a second script that runs to do the next one. Because that runs later people always assume it has been missed. It turns out that at the time this happened to you our node had crashed and wetsuit had to build a new one. In that process, the second script didn't get copied across to the new node.

Is there any transaction number, by which you can monitor transaction? It can be possible that your FUN tokens arrived to your Binance address, but it is not displayed on Binance yet.

By the way is there option to view pending transactions in freebitco.in?
