 You can enable 2fa, but, if you are not receiving confirmation email, i  guess that you ll wnt receive email to enable 2fa, but you  should try.

Just my guess, the losses experienced by investors because of FUN Token are also experienced by freebitcoin, especially since they have a very large portion when they start investing in this token, the development carried out in their casino, namely dplay, may not produce what is expected. I don't think the low FUN token rate is the reason why Freebitcoin started having various issues. Before the announcement of the partnership in 2021, the FUN token rate was already at a low level and the Freebitcoin team probably understood the risks at that time. Moreover, the low FUN token rate didn't affect the performance of the Freebitcoin site in neither 2022 nor 2023.

Sorry you are right, I forgot about that. I thought in the beginning they only offered FUN tokens on freebitco.in to launch their premium membership and after that, they took fully control over it. When they launched it, the tokens were maybe already declining in value, but it started trading at around 100 satoshis and only kept going down from there. There might be various reasons when they are struggling but right now, we can only speculate.

So, I think the problem should be on your side. Did you check your spam folder?

The only mails I receive are the automatic ones (which probably come from another address, 'fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com') telling me that my support request ticket has been taken care of.
The problem may be on my side but... all I need is for them to respond to the numerous support requests and the problem would be solved.

To my mind, there is a big chance that they'll credit your WOF spin bonuses later because that has happened before but there is a small chance they'll let you withdraw FUN tokens. A few months ago, I couldn't also withdraw because I wasn't receiving confirmation email but later they fixed it. Now they have this issue again but I don't know if they'll fix it this time. Btw I suggest you try withdrawing many times every day until you successfully receive the confirmation email or watch this thread, someone might post here something about that.

I think that they are done. I can personally say that there is nothing that will motivate me to invest in FUN token again and I'm not going to gamble here again because they have 5% house edge and till this day, I have won nothing from WOF spins, I've been collecting them for years and it was a waste in the end.

Definitely they can, They didn’t even made an actual exit and the casino still works despite some error with rewards and occasional withdrawal issue.
