As already stated by Mahdirakib, your base reward has been reduced due to low ratio of the wagered amount to faucet winnings.
I just want to add that there should be a ⓘ button (next to your base reward in the payout table) telling you the reason why the base reward has been reduced.

But issue here is not actually the absence of the Note or Attention button like I usually refer to it as, the issue is that most gamblers lack attention to information, they don't read, that button exist there and a single click on it will give a clear and simple explanation of what the other user asked about, but unfortunately, most users don't take notice of the button, those who do don't seem to care to know what it does.

Well its not that obvious for a new player. i see that picture, and understand what u say. But above in the main page at freebitco.in i can also see my progress, its like 22% now. the question is what is this 22%? 22% for what? For this time i thought its 22% progress to increase my 2 sat/faucet to 4sat. But yesterday it decreased 2 to 1 at around 25% progress. I know for u experienced guys these rules are simple and boring talking about it, but for  new players its not that clear.

I really want to know what is that best way if i wana stay at f2p but also wana progress for higher sat/faucet. I have like 500 sat now. What should i do with it? Play hi-lo? Ok. The easiest path is to bet and to win, you want the ideal of everything in your favor and that only really goes with winning.   Be very lucky or know your bets very well, sports bets and the like.

  I dont see its a great mystery except I dont really know the indepth knowledge for sports to really say I can win more often then not.   The one certain advantage on this site is you only have to be better then the crowd, people back a favorite team a bit too much which has to leave some possible profit for taking odds that are better then they otherwise would be.

Interest on BTC staking is probably automated, as almost all things that are 10 years old are. So i doubt you'll have any issue there.

Even if we assume that this is true, don't you find the current state of the site strange?? What is the point of buying a popular site and not knowing what to do with it, i.e. ruin it?

Well, this question is the same I asked when I came across that speculation that someone must have bought freebitco and not know what to do, the suppose the speculator of this didn't think this idea through before posting it, but nevertheless, it's a speculation (not a statement of fact), of which we all are free to speculate, Atleast I myself have speculated that it's possible the platform is being run on auto-pilot, which may not be true but it's still something that gets the discussion here going.

And like I have said in one or some of my previous comment, until the freebitco team come out to let the community in on what has been or is going on, the community is free to assume or speculate anything.

Since the freebitco did not announce officially whether the site is sold or not and also no official wordings from them regarding the current issues the users are facing at the site. This means it gives chance to everyone to just speculate and assume whatever they feel like. Also there are number of times it has been speculated that freebitco has sold and there is no official deny to that statement too. Infact there is no official wording on anything here for quite sometime and it just give people to say whatever they think or feel like.

FBC BV is the company that owns FreeBitco.in. It was created when wetsuit and TheQuin were still with the site. There was news articles that came out recently about FBC B.V. being fined in the Netherlands and those articles indicate that they are still the owners of FreeBitco.in.

We have also seen recent BTC withdrawals coming from addresses that were used by FreeBitco.in when wetsuit was in charge. They are also still using the same wallet for FUN withdrawals since 2021. Just because they are no longer reliable doesn't mean they have changed owners. The evidence does not support that theory.

Without having data I am more for the option that he sold the site and that the new ones that have entered don't know how to manage it well but see that they make money even if they manage it horribly.
