When will you start resolving tickets from users?

Six months have passed, and you still haven’t sent the FUN tokens to the wallet I requested.

How much more time do you need for this? Is it really so difficult to finally solve this problem?

How many tickets must users open for you to take the time to review them?

Such shameless behavior is unacceptable for a project with a long history. It now feels like a complete scam

After months of not posting about any ongoing promotions on freebitcoin, you are finally active again today, even though it is just a formality post to convince freebitcoin users, hopefully your hard work will show results soon where all the issues that have arisen in recent times can be resolved.

I have also received promotional emails again but as I said before I will only be interested in playing or at least doing freerolls when everything is back to normal.

That's the only attitude we can give them that MIGHT provide some result in the long term, boycott the website until they get their shit together.
As any other website, their revenue relies on impressions and ads displayed there. So less visits, less revenue. Someone will, hopefully at some point notice this and react

Do you mean your transaction took 7 minutes to get confirmed?

As far as I know, freebitco always pay high enough fee, so that the transaction gets confirmed in the first block and it doesn't matter whether you requested a slow withdrawal or an instant withdrawal.
The difference between slow and instant withdrawals is in the time they take to be processed.

I think this casino should stop using the word “instant” with their withdrawal while Bitcoin blockchain can’t process transactions in an instant. They should just offer a withdrawal based on fee category like the one being use on mempool which is measured in priority instead of seeing instant withdrawal while it took hours  of waiting.

It’s always a bait feature this instant withdrawal while everything is need to be approved or confirmed.

Instant means instant broadcast of your transaction, not instant confirmation.
As I said in my previous post, freebitco always uses high enough fee, so that the transaction is confirmed in the first block and it's not that they use higher fee rates of instant transactions.

If you request an instant withdrawal, they will process your withdrawal in less than 15 minutes. (This is assuming your withdrawal isn't flagged to be reviewed manully.)
If you request a slow withdrawal, they will broadast your transaction later, so that they can combine it with other withdrawals and pay less network fee.

Well will you look at that. So either they completely ignore our rants here, or they choose not to answer any of our questions and concerns.
Either way, i'm hoping this "upgrade" will put some skeletons to rest so we can finally move on

If you read the message carefully they just told that they are upgrading their site and haven't even apologize for the inconvenience caused in all these months. This message isn't sufficient for all those people who are waiting answers for different queries and also the reason for their poor service recently is still unknown.

Do you really think something better is coming or it is just a generic message?

In fact, they published that announcement not from the support account but from the account that was previously used only for publishing promotional posts.
If we talk about the CSFBC account, it hasn't posted anything on the forum since August last year. Honestly, it's not clear why they decided to create the CSFBC account at all, considering that they abandoned it after a couple of months.

The problems you mean? More than that. The first problems date back to March 2024, where there is one with a forum account and Youtube channel who made a video about them (I'm not 100% sure now but I'd say it was Get-Paid.com). Then at the end of May the problems became more than evident because they had been going on for some time already. So, we are approaching one year since the problems started and one year of irregular operation of the site.

What’s important now is they still push the operation which gives everyone an opportunity to exit while they can.

A fair, legit and transparent platform would have already announced the discontinuation of the WoF daily spins for premium users since the moment they stopped paying the spins for the first time. What they did was a scam, since they gave false hopes and expectations that it was just a technical issue, and that pretty soon everyone was going to have their spins credited, what never happened for real. There is no excuse to act like they did.

The only way to fix it now is to take responsability, pay the debt they have with premium users and then they can remove the feature from the website. That would be a sign of good will by the platform, an evidence they would be trying to fulfill their word in order to leave the scene with some dignity.

This can be sold "legally" for the site? I havent find also no statement on this...What did you think? How much you will value with 0.03-0.06 bonus btc inside?

The bonus BTC has to be played through, its priceless in the right hands if you know all the right bets to make.   No gambling site gives away a free bonus exactly, it will have to be qualified in some way Im pretty sure.

discontinuation of the WoF daily spins

Its possible and I dont know but I dont reckon there was an intention to remove this 'feature'.  Just look at all the fuss over it, ironically that says to me its a mistake to remove as obviously people miss it and it works in some kind of promotional way.  Im not saying its free exactly but I reckon the site or any site would be losing more by removing what customers actually use then this threads' idea it was too expensive a game to run hence a 'profit' from the absence.  The mistake is looking for logic and sense when there isnt any, it wasnt planned imho.
