The site looks good but I've heard about it being a scam. Some people say they recieved payment (low one). And some guys who earned 0.01+ say they didn't recieve the payment. i never heard freebitco.in scam people since they are started from 2013. They are the longest and trusted for faucet site (for me), so i doubt if they ever did that (scam).
But, i have no idea how the pick the winner from their weekly lottery, and their House Edge (5%) is too high.

You will not find any answers to this, because it is not available. Most of these sites are not regulated and not registered as a business, so they are not paying taxes like the rest of us and they operate without a gambling license.

People conveniently forget about these things, because they get free handouts from the site and this practice is widely accepted, because everyone seems to be doing this.

Why would someone host a provably fair lottery, if they are not regulated and audited?

Yes, it is a good decent amount from a faucet site. But one should be lucky to get money from these games, and it is also like gambling because the result depends only on luck. I think you should find some other good ways to earn money or bitcoins online because these faucet coins are very less for the time we spend on these sites.

Winning $200 with the Free roll does not mean that the Lottery is provably fair. I can understand that you are happy about your win and you should be, but until we see some proof that the lottery is also provably fair, we should not stay quite.

Your $200 win might be funded by the Lottery system that are not provably fair.
