So freebitco.in have new features in their site.

From faucet (which is the primarily reason of it's popularity), dice, lottery, reward points and now for bitcoin savings account. Well even it is a legit one, just want to remind people that investing in a system like that is really a high risk. Yes no one is forcing investors to make invest with them but it's a clear thing that even a good company that runs for more years can soon be fraud someday although Im not saying this to freebitco directly as Im using their faucet services since then due to my referrals that still active up to today but it has a possibility.

But I didn't understand why they want to pay interest for keeping coins in their account? Are they going do any business with these stored coins to grow more money for them?

I couldn't find anywhere what they do with these stored coins and how they generate profits for their users. If they make it clear in public then we can think of whether deposit or not. But for faucet point of view, it is a good site.

Annual interest is 4.08% which is something around 0.011% daily, if you invest you will reach ROI in more than 20 years  , but good side is that you can withdraw your money in any time(i hope).
Now, if OP is doing what he claim he is doing, you can't look at interest only as a return from revenue from ads, there is lottery, dice and mining(IMO).

Really? Ok, ask Wetsuit to show you the regulatory approval for him to "offer" banking services to the public. There are several applications that needs to be done to operate as a bank. { Deposits / interest / withdrawals ....}

Where is the approval for a federal or state charter? All insured banks must comply with the capital adequacy guidelines of their primary federal regulator (Federal Reserve, FDIC, or OCC).

These regulations are put in place for people to show that they have capital to support its risk profile, operations, and future growth even in the event of unexpected losses.

If he says that he does not operate as a bank, then other regulatory approval is needed to operate a business where you pay dividends or "shares" or interest on deposits. ^hmmmmmmm^
