I found my account loss about ~60000 satoshi this morning!
Anyone face the same problem ?
What shall I do? or Where / Who shall I report to?

I have no idea, just found that account balance is 60000 satoshi less than I expect.
I am quit sure of my balance amount as I just deposit 32000 satoshi to my account a few day ago and have checked the balance after it.

I think you need to check your hi-low game history. Is there anyone hack your system and they lost your money in the hi-low game. If you don't know how to check then you can write to admin and they can tell you what exactly happened in your account transactions. Did you enable your account 2fa function? If not better you enable it if you're planning to store some coins in your account.

Nowadays the internet is not safe. You need to very carefully manage your money in online accounts and always enable security features provided by the sites. Last time in one of the gambling site some one login into my account and they played with money until they lose all money after that I always enable security feature before depositing money.

We can use this security but some time its not helping us as I lost some good amount from one exchange even I have all security features enable and support was worst they cannot do any thing now I am not taking any chance just depositing and after doing my stuff taking my withdrawal back as I feel relax I have all money back in my account

The site is working for me, but the captcha is really annoying. It was disabled some time ago but then it started appearing again.

Am I the only one from the old users who has to solve the captcha or it is for everyone from now on?

The current captcha is way more easy and convenient as it doesn't need so much loads. Plus the fact that it was easy to answer compare to captcha back then that even you provide correct picture and clicked all necessary images still will just work after few tries.

You need to increase you minimum payout for free roll to disable the captcha (0.2733% achieved towards the next +0.00000045 BTC bonus!) by playing multiply. If your free roll payout is the minimum (about 40-50 sats) then solving captcha is a must.

But how much I have to increase it, because right now I have this "2.9557% achieved towards the next +0.00000046 BTC bonus!" but still I have to solve the captcha. It wasn't like this before, even the minimum payout, $0.002 there were no captcha to solve.

Oh oh, I guess you need to ask admin directly because whenever I reach the minimum free roll pay out I need to solve captcha but after I have increased the minimum free roll payout no captcha solving needed plus I can claim bonus that needs to be wagered.

You mean after you enable all security features still someone hacked your account?

It shouldn't happen once you enable 2fa and other verification security features unless someone knows those details. But as you said there is no need to store money in any online sites if we are not going to use the money for a long time.

If you say that security features are not helping then we can't deposit money into any online gambling or other sites. As long as you secure your account then no one can able to access your account but if the site itself closed for some reason then it is a different issue. Securing your accounts with 2fa features will help from people hacking your account.

I agree, better use security measures designed for that site. I created poloniex account and did not use 2fa, to my surprise I keep on receiving emails that I login from a different IP location (brazil, russia). I did not mind it until my two accounts on gambling site was hacked too. All money were converted to burst and was withdrawn plus the hacker claimed faucet and played with both accounts. Was only able to recover the account when I requested for a change in passsword. Now every account I have online have 2fa enabled.
