I do not think that you need to be surprise to have this kind od player on their site. You can check their lottery system which give us more than 3 btc as the total prize so you can predict how much wagered on their hi-lo games. I believe they are getting more than 3 btc as their profit just to give us this huge amount of prize. I do win once but not that much so I do not think it is impossible to win on such huge house edge site

I think most dice games have this provably fair system so they can claim that their site is fair enough because we can directly check our bet. Mostly people lose not because of its not fair but due to the huge house edge make them having this much loss. 1.5 does not guarantee that you will win or lose because if it is provably fair you can really verify that bets you are making whether is right or not but mostly it will win, but if you are lose that means you run out of luck

Stuff like these errors are normally graphics glitches and have nothing to do with the game. If you hash the seeds that you got and preform the algorithm on them as specified on the site (or post them here) then they'll probably give you a different answer to the screen you got (I thiink these are historically stored as well).
