I'm doing that actually , started doing that last month
the reason I started storing some btc in freebitcoin is due the high fees of the network and since freebitcoin offer lower fee for transaction I kept some there
don't have the balls to store large amount tho , I only keep no more than 0.1 BTC there

AFAIK you only need to have a total deposit larger than your total claimed amount and you will have no captcha on every faucet claim. for example your total claimed amount is .01btc, you must have atleast .02btc total deposit amount

That is strange, because I did the same thing and my captcha did disappear  . In total, I deposited 2000k sat and I am planning to deposit some more.  
I think the risk is small enough as they are online since 4 years, the owner/administrator are active on this forum and they never missed a single payment till date.

It could just be that they are not satisfied with the level of your anonymity or that you are located in a area where they get a lot of Bot attacks. You should increase your deposit to test if that would remove your Capthas. <just a temporary test>

If that does not work, I would suggest that you contact them via the "contact us" option on the website and request some more detail on the requirements for the Capthas to be removed.

Mine was removed and it is back again, so I reckon it was just a parameter that was increased. <So before this was adjusted, we qualified and then it was increased and we did not qualify anymore>

If you might have read in many investment articles or suggestion from investment experts saying that never keep your funds in any single product but in this case any single site. That advice is very true so shouldn't move all your funds to single wallet.
