We are not rewarding them for leaving we are rewarding them for coming back. Lots of people left Bitcoin after a while and then came back. (I'm one of them). If we can encourage people to come back I think that's a good thing.

This is a similar marketing tactic that is generally used in most industries to generate more sales and traffic. It does seem unfair since they are only offering this to the inactive gamblers and not the active gamblers but keep in mind that its not alot of satoshi's to begin with.

Its a smart way that some people will read the email, and have some free time and maybe will start to use the site again. I get these offers from many services I've used in the past and generally its great incentive for me to come back.

If they just kept sending you an email saying "Hey why haven't you used our site?" it might get labelled as spam or annoying but if they include some free type of gift then its the opposite of that. Plus most people who aren't interested won't be upset just ignoring the offer but they would if they kept getting emails from a company that asks "Why haven't you come back".

I wouldn't be really bothered with the 1000 sat thing, people who did not leave makes more than that everyday, it is really small for people who stay here. With the affiliate income, the reward points, the lotteries, the faucet and anything else I might be forgetting (boy you guys are giving so many stuff) we have a chance to make so much more than 1000 sats so it is only fair to give that much to people who have not been around for a while and could comeback, you can spend a week and have around 25k and put it on 4% and have a passive income here as well, 4% is literally in bitcoin (and bitcoin is usually dollar pegged) that could actually turn into a life source of income that would make you live without working again if you live in a country that has bad economy.

You are not wrong. $50/month is quite good for a passive income. This is how it is with passive income anyway, You work up front, then you collect profits. To be able to get $500/month passively you need to work a lot beforehand. Then, you can focus on something else. It is like building a decent blog. While I am aware it is not completely the same thing (a blog needs attention), once you get your audience it is a lot easier to make money than before.
