Ok didn’t know they move funds but remains the fact that the confirmation email won’t appear and I noticed also now that are very few users on the platform now and usually the lottery and contests are won by only 1-2 users always.

Who cares about winning the lottery when you can't withdraw the winnings lol

But as I posted before, for those, like myself, who are not getting confirmation emails, try ticking the auto withdrawal option, the withdrawals should be scheduled for tomorrow, if they don't come through by Mon, we'll know this is not just a technical glitch and we all most likely got rug-pulled.

To bad that they are going into this situation and maybe they should be more transparent regarding on what happened to their casino since if they didn't do anything and just leave people got those issues especially on their withdrawals then I guess they might thinking not to give anything and maybe what you have said will come true. I know right. They probably earn in thousands of dollars every day yet they fail to hire a good customer support.
At the least they could have hired someone from the forum with a good reputation willing to work with them.
But anyway, they are not concerned about their reputation anymore. All we can do is wish that the issues are resolved quickly and everything is back on track.

Yes, of course they still get income from their site and they even still have a lot of money in their wallets, but their only weakness is that the service support is very responsive and active on this forum. In fact, this problem could be solved if the service was available. active support all the time on their site, I'm sure this site will continue to gain the trust of all communities in this forum and even other users, I don't know if they will leave this forum and let a bad reputation attack them and eventually they ignore it, but I think the most important thing now is that they resolve every issue on the site and the complaints of all their users.

I think there is no other way but to wait for them to fix the site and fix everything or really they leave this forum and leave the forum community so they can focus on their site and take advantage of other marketing from users and promotions that they will hold later out there, look no further than their current service support. Hopefully everything looks fine and doesn't happen like what I thought too.

If they are thinking to abandon the site then they should consider the fact that they would be losing the forum users from the new sites.

Everyone seems to have their own theory on what is happening, but until there is a definitive statement, these theories will remain highly speculative. Considering how much user funds are held on the website, it would be really appreciated if there was a bit more transparency, instead of just allowing people to assume the worst.

Traffic on freebitco.in can’t be affected easily because of their popularity with faucet as they are oldest faucet provider which every Bitcoin user probably knew. Their wheel rewards too for token holders will make user surely stick to the casino despite they have an issue.

It’s very hard to rely on stats considering the popularity of this casino of this strong.  Their action is slowly showing some red flag and this is the best way to assess on what kind of service they are offering.

Actually, not long ago they came to address this problem and clarified that Thequin was no longer part of their active service support in this forum and was replaced by another team with a new CSFBC account, I don't know if that's just entertainment for users who are feel confused with their problems on this site, actually I still don't have any serious problems because I don't leave my money in this site and just get free income from this site for a long time then withdraw it after reaching the minimum withdrawal limit, everything seems good.

But it seems after seeing this it's not so good, we all know that they no longer have any real active service support after CSFBC came to replace Thequin and solve every problem in this thread, I also don't want this site to go bankrupt and leave the forum This then looks for new ways or places to get other traffic and leaves a bad reputation on this forum, but it is very unfortunate that a site that has been trusted by the bitcoin community and this forum suddenly gets bad trust. Withdrawals working fine for me, just tried (small amount - 200,000 sats), but I've never had mine flagged as i've been a user for 10 years with thousands of referrals.

I imagine withdrawals that are flagged are not getting processed because FBC staff are AWOL.

Do you have 2FA activated?
Did you make the withdrawal to your profile address?

If you have enabled 2FA or you withdraw the fund to your profile address, you don't need to confirm your withdrawal via email and you should be able to withdraw your fund.

I don’t have f2a and my profile address is the default one which is the same as the deposit address.And no it doesn’t let me change it and it won’t send me the verification email to activate the f2a either.

Taking this data into consideration, we can see freebitco.in was still doing a pretty stable traffic along the year of 2024, until the recent issues started. It's sad to see how deep the last bar from the chart dropped so much in a very short period of time.

This is a good indicative of what is happening and what will still happen, since no effective measures were taken by the managers.

How do you determine traffic from this data ? I visited the website myself and saw the stats it showed some snapshots in the calendar tab.
There are other tabs which show the summary but I kinda fail to understand where is the traffic data displayed.

Actually I haven't had any serious problems but as you can see in this thread many people have complained about the same problem, a few months ago I made a withdrawal and everything was processed well in less than 24 hours, but if you have just made a withdrawal, I just I can say that their withdrawal system is not instant but is done manually as far as I know, but it has also been emphasized that if your account is not marked then the process is carried out instantly but my last withdrawal was processed well without any problems.

But I don't want to come to defend this site which is actually facing a crisis of confidence from this forum community where you can see various problems in this thread, but I can only say from my last withdrawal experience and even I am still active on this site but never made any deposits as usual, just collected free money from this site so that if this site goes bankrupt, I won't feel that this site is harming me and say that their site has cheated me, because I didn't really lose my money on this site. . let's just say it's a loss of time i have collected free money from this site.

May be this is indeed an end for freebitco.in as they have stopped responding to user queries on this forum.
Although I didn't face any issue but as other users have mentioned about the said issues I couldn't resist but empty my wallet in freebitco.in.
I had to forcibly sell my FUN tokens at a loss and then withdraw my sats. I do wish that the conditions get better soon but I don't see that happening soon.
No response from anyone on freebitco.in is very bad to be honest. The userbase will drastically reduce on the site in the upcoming days.

It's a shame that such a good site has fallen like this, but you have to be aware of something, every beginning has its end, if the end of freebitco.in is now then I think that many of us enjoyed this site and we won, we lost, but in the end we enjoyed it, sometimes it's painful and it's not nice to see that they have lost money in the fun tokens, it's really a shame because whenever you make investments you always want to win, but that's how it is in this, life and investments, it's inevitable that things go wrong and end, just as they can go well too, I just hope that the site, if it's going to recover, that it does so in time.

I don't understand why you still want to use the e-mail confirmation links in order to confirm your withdrawl requests. There are obviously some issues with it. Why don't just use the 2FA feature instead? You won't need to wait hours or days to receive your confirmation link, you would get your 2FA code instantly since it doesn't come from the platform but from an app not even connected to internet. It's quick, easy and safer since you're sure to not using a fake link from a random phishing email.
