I can’t when I press to activate 2fa it says to wait 15 min before sending another email but I didn’t send anything seems like a bug or something

I hope this isn't a replay of a month or two ago.... I did an instant cash out, screen froze. I never got the confirmation email but its showing the withdrawal onscreen. When i click on the onscreen withdrawal i get a 404 error at btc..com. That's very unnerving considering what happened recently. Of course i had to win fairly big right after this issue arose. Now ill get to wait and see what happens before cashing that out too. I assume there was some sort of error. I assume and hope the first withdrawal bounces back to my account and i can cash out that, and what i just won. Hopefully error free. Im going to believe its a one off because sh&t happens. I just realized i mostly come here to complain lol. Im going to try to add in more positive ways soon.=) I hope everyone is doing well and having no issues!

This is not a good sign. If more people start showing up and saying this..... If this happens again, lasts for more than an hour, ill be done. I just won 0.01 and have 0.0017 hanging. Not life altering amounts but its mine lol. I am hoping they can solve this issue much faster now. They have practice=/

Sorta. They eventually did. If you go back 10-20 pages in the forum you can see it all unfold. Not a pretty sight. Once they finally responded and fixed it, a lot of damage was already done. They made a bunch of promises. If this is fixed quick, no harm no foul. If it turns into a months long, or even a days long debacle at this point, ill be done. Im hopeful and rooting for them to get on this quick. I do have a little faith.

My first withdrawal bounced back. I tried to do an instant withdrawal with my recent winnings, it froze again. So far no email. If anyone else is having issues please post.

This has happened before and it took way too long to fix. They promised to do better. I sent them a pm because idk how else to contact them. Hopefully the experience gained from the last issue will expedite it in being corrected much faster this time?

I have exactly the same situation, also dont got any confirmation email, wihdraw then cancelled and balance returned to my account I experience same problems since a few days, cant alter any account related details either.

Why not do it this way? Try making withdrawals to the wallet address linked to your FBC account, then confirmation for withdrawal is not required. There are no other options

i did a slow withdrawl about 0.045 btc and everything worked fine.. i cant understand all the complains here in the thread..
i guess often its a user problem not a freebitco problem

Anyone had issues with withdraw in the past and got resolved?I still don’t get the confirmation emails and some users don’t get the reset password email too.
It just seems weird that only some users have this problem…I didn’t had any problems in the past only just now and I have made many withdrawals in the few years I am with them and now is the only time when I can’t.
I don't understand why you still want to use the e-mail confirmation links in order to confirm your withdrawl requests. There are obviously some issues with it. Why don't just use the 2FA feature instead? You won't need to wait hours or days to receive your confirmation link, you would get your 2FA code instantly since it doesn't come from the platform but from an app not even connected to internet. It's quick, easy and safer since you're sure to not using a fake link from a random phishing email. I'm also surprised that problems like this happen so often and the people who complain about it are mostly beginner users on this forum and only have a few posts, to be honest, actually I'm still torn between believing or not whether the cases that occur are the beginners on this forum. the same people and just want to make false accusations for this site, they should if they have a problem put a screenshot it would be more useful and make everyone believe that the case is the same, after all why are there still people using email confirmation for withdrawals when 2FA is much more secure and fast, so far I haven't had any problems with withdrawals on this site. But that doesn't mean I bought this site, I think it would be fairer to show screenshots or evidence so that every case that occurs is really real and not a false accusation that anyone can express, I'm also afraid that the freebitcoin team will not respond to them because of this, maybe if there are more serious allegations they will come back to this forum to address them. but ignoring accusations without any evidence especially for beginners on forums.

I'm sorry you cannot access your funds when you need it. This issue occurred previously due to a mail backlog, likely caused by a DDoS attack. Many were affected due to expired verification emails. Support won't help you. Don't waste your time. Good luck! Try to be patient, try to withdraw again in six hours or so. This issue eventually resolves itself.
