Ok, so I have posted a few few times times but have yet to successfully get the help I need. Some due to my post being in the wrong area. Also some extremely rude person decided to report a trust thing on my account so don't mind that.

So, I have been attempting to regain access to my account for a few years now with no luck. I tried resetting my 2fa account many times, however it says I am unable to unless I can go to old location I use to login from but that is 1000 miles away from where I have moved too. I use to get my emails showing my account interest accumulation but no longer do. I think somehow the account has been emptied.

Now even when I try to change the password, it tells me the link I try to click is expired or no longer valid even if I access it right away.

Back when I was using the account I was unaware about the whole signing and authenticating messages, transactions, etc as well as using coinbase and samurai wallet for my deposits so cannot sign the transactions. However I do have access to the coinbase account with the transactions still. What do I do?

Anyone able to help me?

They definitely have some internal problems, but I wouldn't say that the Freebitcoin site is experiencing a mass leaving of users because of this. Over the last month, the Freebitcoin site has had 7% less traffic but it doesn't seem critical as it still has multi-million traffic.

7% is still a few million people leaving in the past month. SimilarWeb shows that they had 28.48 million visitors in August. A couple months ago I posted the June traffic numbers and it showed they had 43.66 million visitors. That is a drop of 15 million in only 2 months.

If they keep bleeding users like this, the website might not be around a year from now. If it still exists it will be in a crippled state similar to Bitvest. They have already shut down several sites that were failing, freedoge.co.in, xfun.casino, xfun.bet and kingdice.com. wetsuit is not like Lightlord where he will keep the site operating no matter how bad it gets.

All this funneled free traffic going towards the casino sites opened up in recent months is shady enough for me.
Check their rolling banners at the bottom when refreshing the freebitcoin site.
They gave up on the freebitcoin site long ago because they see the token is useless so just abandoned it this is why the price is close to 0.
Site has remained crippled and not bothering to fix anything about it ie wheel of spins for those who bought premium membership thru holding their token

The site is still generating good revenue as the traffic is huge. The total wagering volume is also pretty good.

As you said, it might not take even a year for everyone to leave the site if the freebitco.in team doesn't bring it back on track.

I have always wondered why the Freebitcoin team decided to use the FUN token for the premium membership program instead of creating its own token.
The funny thing is that before launching the program, the Freebitcoin team even expected significant demand from users, and they also expected the value of the FUN token would rise significantly.

Probably it was easier to adopt an already existing token instead of creating their own. I'm not 100% sure, but I think when they adopted FUN, it had already crashed deeply after its previous ATH. Maybe they thought it was possible to combine the demand from their userbase, besides the demand from earlier investors who were already familiar with the token.

Anyway, it's very likely they have made decent profit through FUN along the years. Freebitco.in has made so much money that the managers don't even care about coming back here anymore to give the userbase an update, neither to fix the website.

FUN token reached its ATH (which was around $0.19) at January 2018 when many other shitcoins reached their ATH.
Each FUN token was worth around $0.03 at February 01, 2021, when it became available for buying on freebitco and now each token is worth only $0.0034.

Maybe they are doing a complete overhaul of their entire system, the reason it is taking them much time to set everything perfectly in order. Unfortunately, I don't think so. Coinbase account = custodial = you don't control the private keys, there is no way to sign a message.

And the only thing giving FUN any value was utility at this site, but since now holding FUN no longer gives you any Premium benefits that made us all including me come here (namely, the WoF spins), this token is practically with zero utility now.

OK yes you can still get extra interest, but actually I wouldn't know if its true anymore since I no longer feel safe to keep any money at this site. Can anybody confirm extra interest is credited?

Its been something like 2 months or something? I don't even keep track anymore. A serious site would have taken max days to solve WoF issue, these guys are clearly trying to rug us.

They are trying their best to bounce back after those issues they encounter and so far they are doing good despite of those several issues still existing. But if they could able to sort out everything and find best solution to make everything smooth the same as how they perform before then freebitco.in will be provably back in the scene especially if their old time loyal costumer would know that they are now doing good and no issue will occur to them.

Right now confidence from people who want to gamble slowly coming back again so let see if they can fix everything as soon as possible since if they can make that in short timeline then gamblers would be happy to go back in their casino.

This issue has been running for quite a long time, and it is unfortunate that there is no sign of improvement so it is quite acceptable if there is a doubt to make a deposit, even I think it is a good thing for a while not entrusting our funds on this site, even though they are a big casino with a very large user base but still the issue is very worrying, and I think the same as you they are possible to function well, really remember how Freebitcoin is one of the sites that are aimed at Bitcoin lovers when Bitcoin is not as famous as it is now for get for free.

Yeah i'm going to withdraw my BTC until we get our WOF spins, once my FUN unlocks I guess I'll withdraw or convert to BTC and withdraw.   When i'm promised something for an investment I expect to get it. Once I get them I'll evaluate putting funds back in.

There is a great disadvantage selling at lowest point, in any asset thats to be avoided.  Obviously hindsight is a cruel perspective but I'd only sell now if certain it was a situation going to get worse again it requires an accurate prediction going forward not just looking back.

  Im not convinced of the situation being worse, theres been a couple positives if not enough to turn it around so its a guess which is not ideal.  If it was more certain to be a negative becoming worse then I'd agree.   Im not excusing the missing spins as it is a screw up certainly and worst thing is it affects big to smallest holders, so everyone is miffed.

The % benefits are still there active daily, it does involve further risk in addition to token holding so again not an ideal situation.   The failure has shifted the benefits to the largest players & holders so quite opposite to the faucet story of the site giving crumbs to the masses, unfortunate.

I never expected that freebitco.in's reputation would drop so drastically when they got into various problems. Until now there are many questions that are difficult to answer about the future of this site and of course this makes their potential customers hesitate to make a deposit. I don't follow how the case develops, but when they don't improve after a few months, then user trust will basically drop.

There are many changes in the management as we can read in some previous posts, so maybe they are not as perfect as before. Changes in management and team will definitely bring positive changes, but sometimes it is also not positive especially if the handling of the problem is so slow. We all hope for the best, but the future lies with the team behind it.

I just hope that things can turn out well at freebitco.in, from what I have seen there is a desire for things to be fixed, there are cases where it has been seen that they have solved, and as long as they do things well I think that is what is sought, if the team wants to do things well I think they can achieve it, this casino has been around for many years and they want things to improve, in fact it makes me very sorry that this casino, that this platform is going to the floor after so many experiences that not only me but many of us have had, good, bad, but finally experiences, for many of us this platform welcomed the crypto, casino and btc world.

Guys, I'm really tired of being ignored by the Freebitcoin team.

On August 10th, I requested a withdrawal of FUN tokens. On August 16th, I received an email with a transaction hash. However, the transfer of the ERC-20 tokens failed due to the following error: ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender.

Since then, I've sent about 15-20 tickets to support@freebitco.in and through the contact form in the FAQ section.

I received a response on August 21st, which included a list of questions:

When did you make the withdrawal?
How much was it for?
Does the withdrawal display in your Account History?
Your user ID
I immediately answered the email and provided all the necessary information. However, after a month of silence, on September 17th, they marked my ticket as "resolved" without actually processing the withdrawal.

This feels like a scam.

I see a lot of people concerned about WOF issues, but please monitor my case as an indicator of the current state of things on this platform.

Aside from sending tickets, what else can I do to finally receive my FUN tokens?

You are lucky to get your withdrawal processed. Seeing all these feedback from the gamblers about freebitco and getting your money back, will you deposit again and risk your money again ? I am sure your answer will be No, even though your money has been released by the freebitco but your trust is shattered.
This is a major problem for freebitco that even if they resolve the issues of their users slowly and steadily, many people won't return to freebitco once they get their withdrawals. You can solve people's problems over time but gaining the trust back is very different, returning customers may be less.

I think they could retrieve their reputation yet. The point is that they don't seem interested in doing so. They just don't care anymore. The site is slowly dying, traffic is decreasing within time, volume of deposits and bets will inevitably decrease as well, so at some point they will announce the site is going to be deactivated, just like they did with freedoge.co.in years ago.

That is my guess, because everything is going down this road since the beginning of 2024, what coincidentaly matches with the new bull season and Bitcoin's ATH. They act like the subject who reached a life status where to work isn't necessary anymore. Financially they are satisfied, so this platform has become secondary or maybe obsolete, like something from a distant past they completely lost touch with.
