If port is different at those coins,

one VPS can accept many coins program running simultaneously?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Yes, you can use multiple coin daemon as long as you're not using the same ports/datadirs.
On my own host, I run bitcoin(+testnet), dash(+testnet), litecoin(+testnet), a few ethereum private networks & a few others too, without any problem so far.

Yes. It does not matter, however you may want to check the ports usage by different coins to avoid conflicts.
