Hi,

On 25 Oct 2013 I purchased 2 BTC from a bitbargin user, which I received in my bitbargin wallet. I then transferred from my bitbargin wallet to my real wallet.

6 days later the blockchain says I have 874 Confirmations on this transaction ID, yet my fully up to date Bitcoin QT client still reports zero confirmations, and therein shows the 2 BTC as unconfirmed.

Can any one offer any advice please?

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE

After receiving a very prompt reply from Bitbargin, as below:-

"The problem is on your end, ie. blockchain is not synced on your computer. I don’t use bitcoin-qt myself, so I’m not sure about the specifics on how to make it sync. It should do it automatically AFAIK.

There are 876 confirmations on the network now."

Can any one offer any advice please on maybe why my bitcoin QT is not syncing automatically, if this is the issue.

Run bitcoin-qt.exe with the -rescan suffix that should solve your problem.
