I have only one coin from the project, which promises to pay dividends - this is Envion (income from mining). Dividends have not yet received from him and when they begin to pay - nobody knows. Maybe it's generally scam project

I do not like the project Envion. I do not know what will be the lot of those that participated in that project. It might be a scam project. Could you imagine that everyone that participated in the project through bounty campaign was not paid. Their common language is "be patient". From the time the project ended, till this time, nothing was paid. I also got to know that those who invested in it could not move their tokens to exchange for trading, while the tokens with them were already transfered. It has taught be some lessons. That is why i analyse projects first before joining.
Most of the projects i join now are very good ones and they have a lot of prospects. I am rest assured they will pay well at the end.

You are talking about POS and masternode tokens. NEO paid me GASanytime because i was staking a lot of my NEO to the netork. But you can do this in another coin that used masternodes system. In fact that doesn't need to keep your computer to be online anytime. NEO is the best coin that paid good emission for those are staking their coins to the network right now. There are alot of them but not many of them have really deliver on great result for the investors. It is strange to hear about dividents in crypto. Your profit always depends from the market price, so you can have masternodes and make many coins, but it will be nothing if price will not increase.

best coin with deviden that i know is kick ico and pundi. Im not sure how big the devidend is for kickico but for pundi its around 7% from the total token you hold/ month.
