I think that the certificates here will not be the main factor for the selection of an expert. An important factor is a qualification test. Who will create this qualification test test? This is difficult if we take into account the specifics of narrowly focused spheres. |

this is the main issue in this project, I can assume that there will be tests specially created for competence testing I don't think thats real issue right now. If they did come with this idea, sure they understand that this problem must be resolved. |
