Boosting twitter account[tool]

This post would be useful for Newbies, but I will be glad if old boys find something interesting and cognitive for them.
This app is not my developer product and this idea is not mine.
The inspirer and authour of idea is Russian enthusiast.

Let's start.

The most popular way to gain followers in Twitter - is #followback and other hashtags. This idea is close connected to this way. 

Okay, we are going to use this app
Install it in your Google Chrome, or other browsers, that compatible with GoogleChrome extensions. I think it is safe, I use it all time and all is fine. This app is old and checked by time. I can't find negative reviews about security and safe.

After installation, you should find followback account other person, or ICO(likes, retweets) - your page has to contain button "Follow". You will see the tab with "Follow all", "Unfollow all" and tiny "Settings". For example, screenshots.

Go to "Settings". My settings on screenshot.

I will explain some features of this settings:
Following/Unfollowing every 5s/10s - don't be greedy, be patient
Use limits *100-200*(unfollow and follow) and repeat your process 3-4 times per day.
It skips earlier followed accounts.
Accounts with picture and bio.
Skipping protected accounts(your prefer).
It skips accounts that already followed you.

Unfollowing
Days followed(your prefer).
It skips your followers(be polite)
Skipping verified(your prefer)
And the most important, it is - Mass followed required. It skips your ICO accounts, from bounties and airdrops.
It doesn't skip accounts, that you followed by this app, that exactly what we need.

Start your gaining with pressing button with "Follow all".

Conclusions: use this extension with pleasure and don't use paid services, while this extension exists.

This is free right?

Just quick note that twitter might hunt you down if you follow/unfollow people fast and follow limit is like 1k which is why OP says in the post to do like 100-200 follow 4x per day.

It is free.
That is why I advice you to set 10s between following and unfollowing.
If you are afraid of losing your account - do 50 followers/unfollowers per cycle and 3-4 cycles per day.

I`ve seen many apps like this one.This is some kind of iMacro,that automates simple desktop tasks ,like clicking buttons and scrolling down,but it`s build like a Chrome extension.It`s strange that this app is published on the Chrome Webstore.It will be removed sooner or later,because it violates Twiterr`s ToS.
I hate following #followback accounts of Twitter,because they aren`t active and engaged followers.

Really, I don't know how to answer your post, but I will try.

It will be removed, but it is working well now. If you know better way to gain followers freely, please, tell us. This post is created with intent - to expand this kind of gaining and to do newbie's life little easier.

I've used this tool before with a mixture of other tools, it was good to have a lot of followers.
Also used this site https://dlvrit.com/ which was the best site to provide automated solutions for Twitter account.
Recently, with Twitter following strict rules regarding automated accounts, your account is in real danger of being suspended.
Most of my accounts that used these methods were suspended because of the fixed interval between each follow-up.

Networking? Since the site is a social network, why not trying to?...

It works fine for me, I connect with the right audience, and so get natural engagement. People are not stupid if you have 5000 followers but zero engagement then your account is useless and everyone knows your followers are fake
All people doing like in the OP are doing it to collect some free coins with campaigns. ( it's similar to scamming for me) There are a huge amount of Russian bots using this, we all (normal users) block them and do not even want to be related to such account
