You do have a point, in that Bitcoin's crazy highs and lows are a knock on effect from the flood of newcomers whose only use for Bitcoin is speculation on trading. But you're ignoring that it's actual intended use is still growing, despite the battering it's had (and don't forget it's still hugely profitable if you bought coins a year ago).

Just wondering why some of us are very worried in bitcoin price, we cant do anything about it so lets just go with the flow. If you buy at peak price then patiently wait instead of stressing yourself.

If you want the price to atleast rise a bit then continue to buy. The market is so volatile and unpredictable its hard to speculate what might be the future of this crypto, its better for now to dont mind the value because its normal.

What?? Danger zone.. That’s a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin then how you come up to call that way.. This doesn’t look bad for me at all,, it has been in this price range before and what the difference now.. It all looks similar to me.. The best name “the buyer/better zone”..

Well I won't blame those people who keep selling as they see on different view, it could be they can't afford to lose much more money, or they see the downtrend would continue at least until Google officially make their move on the next couple of months in June about how they could make a rule on crypto currency , how to control the number of scams caused etc. it could become a big impact considering nowadays new investors come from this search engine indirectly. The dip could be deeper , make sure you guys aware about it.

Well, its actually what it is like in this business. Bitcoin's price will always depend on the supply and demand of the people using and having it. We can't force people selling their bitcoins right now, but we can encourage more people to invest while its price is affordable today. Dropping of bitcoin is just a challenge to all of us, we just keep on supporting bitcoin until its recovery.

It's too late to switch to fiat now your gonna lose more than 50% all of your investments so what price range did you buy bitcoin? this dips will gonna stop soon enough cause people will realize to cut the loss by selling btc is not necessary than to buy more discounted coins, most of the cryptocurrency markets experiencing bloodbath right now so you have tons variety of coins to choose from that's the way you will gonna cut the loss and earn more profit from bear markets, after a short time you will harvest the fruits of holding.

If you are only focused on the price, then I would say this is bad, but if you focus on bitcoin development then I would say that everything is working quite well for bitcoin. If I remember "history" correctly, bitcoin hit $1k for the first time in the end of 2013, and then suffered a huge crash and stayed down for more than a year. It only fully recovered during 2017 where it hit ATH again, and even during that year it several flash crashes.

Maybe the same thing will happen again. The euphoria is gone now, and people will only buy bitcoin if they believe in it's fundamentals. Those buying bitcoin now, will definitely not let go that easily, because unlike the majority of those that bought in 2017, they will not be driven by fomo. Those buying now are actually buying against the market trend, so they will be true believers in the technology.

LN is almost in the corner. We actually already have officially releases in the main net, so it's only a matter of waiting for adoption now. Regulation is tightening up, and it's making a lot of people sell, but in the long run it will provide stability for the big investors that only put their money on solid investments, and they want bitcoin out of the grey area before investing in it.

I think we will see another boom in bitcoin, and this time will be a solid one because of all of the reasons I've pointed out. Bitcoin is a good technology, and there is no reason to not get adopted. It's true problems are being sorted out, so things will have to change. Th speculators of today, are not the future of bitcoin, so let them play right now. I will be just holding my coins.

I would not have become so dramatic about the cost of bitcoin. Regarding the price of December - it is low, and if you take a period more than a year ago - then it is big. It's a pity those people who bought bitcoin at the highest possible price, but I'm sure bitcoin will show its maximum.

Anyhow., it hasn't really ensured that it will lead to the point of loss for the people who're has already bought at a price of $18k-$11k, in crypto is certainly uncertain over all things that going on, from time to time. Actually you can do something about it the answer is already in your post but it would take a huge effort to turn the price around. Burning bitcoin is another way to drive the prices up.

Bitcoin is the most "feared investment" after going up from $1 to $10,000 in 9 years and big names saying bad things for cryptos.  

They say bad things about crypto because there's a lot of scammy things going on and others are just spreading fud to bring the price down

I think you don't know that what actually  going in the cryptocurrency market , after the all time high start to crash we found that most of the newbies ho entered in this field are going away from this field by withdrawal of Thier money because they are in panic of dump in the market of the cryptocurrency , but here this is also a truth that most of the newbies who were in panic are now out of this market and those experienced are in this field and surely this will give better thing for the future of whole cryptourrency market because no more big dump we will see in future  .
And this is also a big thing for us to see that fluctuations is not going speedly and also not going much down , but it is keeping fluctuations to the average of 8k$ .

We do have different opinion and views with regards to the price of bitcoin now. Others consider it as an advantage to buy coins because of its low price and others are worrying for the continues drop because they are hoding plenty of bitcoin. Maybe this will be the sign that its fuelling up for the conitnues increase soon? Patience is very important thing to do right now or think of what's the best solution to do while the price is going down.

I barely think so that it is in danger zone or there is anything like that! I mean whats your definition of the danger zone? Just because it is falling down to 7K doesn't mean that it is in danger or whether it will go extinct itself. I think bitcoin is never in danger, and more than that the initial value of the bitcoin was never this one, it was almost few cents when it was published. I dont think that the value dropping down to XYZ doesn't mean that its in danger. It still could go to few cents worth and after few years it will come back. Yeah, newcomers can help themselves but with few strategies and methodology that really should work.

I can't call it as a "recent dip" as the dip is still and progress. There are no signs that it will bounce to this level of 7,500$. We still have key supports at 7,400$, 7,200$, and 6,900$ and even if we will re-test those supports we will see the bulls try to battle it out in order to have a reversal. We all know that if this market cycle continue the down trend might be longer than expected.

For me 5000 is to  low price and this whole situation will stop in like 6000$ and after that it will go slowly slowly up and before June it will hit more than 12.000$, hope i am right.

Bitcoin doesn't look too good recently, but even if Bitcoin dipped down to 4000$ it will quick rebound again, so I don't see Bitcoin is in danger state, for the one that bought BTC at high price then they need to wait a bit longer to make profit, I am sure Bitcoin still able to go up

How low the price falls, no one can predict. Where is the danger zone? It's also hard to define. For everyone it will be at a different point. The fact that the price has dropped to $ 7,500 does not mean that it will drop $ 3,000- $ 4,000.

I just hope that this dip will not trigger a massive panic again that it will make the dip to dips more. I believed that this was due to MT.Gox who still have many Bitcoin left at their disposal to sell that after they will sold their coins it will be the last of the dip for this year and constant rise up will follow. Just keep on holding your Bitcoin and keep the faith even its hurt because soon a turning point will follow.
