I don't know but this post from the Dev gives some hope that the project is still alive I guess...

This is a shame, as I only bought a MN a few days ago... Not ready to sell just yet, as this coin has some solid characteristics, and I am sure the dev is just AFK, but I would like to see some more interaction with Discord from the team.

My advice would be to buy 1/2 of what you want to invest now, and then buy the other 1/2 if this comes down or at least before it goes up, by that, you can reduce average cost, and also you dont miss everything if they go up soon.

I am hearing what you are saying, fortunately I bought when the price was quite low (not the $6 USD trading started at). I am going to hold onto my MN and just see where it goes, fingers crossed the dev comes back to public view with some idea of the future of AGNI.
