Exactly, now is the buying time when the price is on the lower side. But, people are scared and a lot of them won't invest. And , when the price goes up, they'll regret not investing in the good coins. I think this cycle might keep on repeating for a lot more times, only then people would start believing that the price would go up again and would invest accordingly.
You're wrong. There are always people who are ready to invest money in cryptocurrencies. The fact that prices are falling now does not mean that nobody buys bitcoin. Perhaps very rich people now buy coins in huge quantities but they do it carefully so as not to increase the price. Then again, those who are afraid will be jealous of those who bought and history will repeat itself.
