This is a much more complicated debate and there are a lot of scenario that you can Imagine. Getting to know if an ICO is a scam is already much of a hard task, let alone a bounty. I guess there is no 100% way to be sure if a bounty is scam except you discover the ICO is scam itself. And in some scenario a scam ico might pay even bountyhunters off in already listed coin(just to make the project seem legit while they perfect their exit plan). Some times a good project unfortunately hire a bad bounty manager and things get messed up, in which most times it is the bounty hunters who pays the price. Another scenario is when a project with good intentions fails to reach soft cap and is unable to get the required funds to launch the project, even after distributing tokens to bounty hunters, the tokens will never get listed on any exchange. The only way a bounty hunter can play safe is to do research about any project they want to work on and make sure they go for those with higher potentials.

Sincerely speaking this is a difficult task to accomplished detecting a scam bounty is not as easy as been mentioned here, because it requires patience, dedication and commitment to identify a scam bounty. Moreover their tokens are always cheaper than what you can imagine.
To define a project that is a scam, you need experience. One of the factors is a big discount (bonuses) for a presale.

You will only know that the bounty is a scam after you follow it and after the Bounty project is finished, then you don't get rewarded. Yes, like that.

A bounty scam project usually has inexperienced development staff and they set up an ICO project solely for the purpose of making money. An ICO project has a scam sign when it is not supported by the community and has bad ideas about the project.

before I do a bounty, I usually do research first, if indeed the project is good, I will try to follow it, because the project is good and it can't be seen from us reading the project's objectives, the whitepaper, its members, and others. if you have finished research try to ask your friend or group about the project, it is good or not to follow.

Once the ico turn out to be scam then the bounty is not left behind, doing your part isn't their concern , what can you say to those that even put their own money on such coin and later turn to be scam, I think there is need for any one to do basic research on any token to invest in and do bounty for , once you get those things right it will safe you from wasting your time on project that has nothing to offer than adding to the problem on ground.

it is hard to detect scam bounty. you have to do some research by yourself before you joining in bounty. you can check their website, whitepaper, social media and their team to avoid scam ICO.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.
I think we should check out their staff, founder and co-founder. Those are the things we should check out, if they intentionally hide those people, that project is a scam. Besides, if they do not have a clear roadmap, they are fraudulent. that is my experience.

indeed it is very difficult to distinguish which project bounties are good and also a scam, because most of the bounty project scam that occur when the sale of their ICOs ends, even though we read and are careful when choosing still cannot differentiate.

There is no formula to this. Like investments, bounties are also risky and the only time you will know if its a scam is at the end of the campaign. A lot of people will bombard the ICO's community (telegram) with hate messages and asking for their money back. Researching about the ICO will also help.

We are few bounties that do result in scam but not all of them are scams. There are many credible bounties.

But friends are not always the same as our thinking because if our analysis is more correct then it is better to ensure ourselves because we have analyzed further about the project. In addition to another one to know a good project or not we can see from the sponsor in the project and apply it, then surely the project will work well at least we get tokens and tokens to enter the exchange.

Before participating in a bounty event, you must investigate the true level of the project team. Normally, the pay and return are equal.

Always before joining the bounty, need to check the team. Also need to follow the news about them and when you will be convinced about the good future of the future, then you can join them.

Now most of the bounty projects simply do not pay the reward. Wait until the market comes to life. And in such conditions it is impossible to determine the scum or just a delay.

Try to conduct your own analysis in advance in order to be more confident in the project that you are going to participate in!

The simplest method to understand that an bounty is a scam is to look at its whitepaper. You can simply recognize an awful quality whitepaper of a decent one. Additionally, look at the group of the undertaking

Different things are scammers in the company of the bounty or in general ICO. Very often, successful campaigns reduced the reward for bounties tenfold. I draw attention to the manager of the bounty, the project, the team, the fees, social networks, the telegram channel. If everything is low - then I miss such projects.

first we have to see from the number of participants and also from the prizes that are given are true or not, and we might ask the admin on a bounty that we run and also we can ask if this is a scam or not so we can certainly believe that the bounty what we follow is indeed bounty.
