Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

in short words you should avoid cloud mining where you don't have access to hardware , cause most likely you won't even make your money back
if you want some mining tutorials and general info the following youtube channel is great for that , you can check IMineBlocks videos and see how he is doing and what you can expect from mining in general
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjYHcWGAjUVqU49D2JOKD3w

I guess you can find all what you need in that channel

I understand you do not have the basic knowledge also about mining. If you have mining software alone you cannot do mining for Bitcoin or ethereum. You must have separate harware made for mining purpose mate.

You 2k USD at least to make the small rig with 3 or 4 cards. In that you can able to make around 100 to 150 USD per month you need to spare electricity charges including that. If possible go with rx 470 or 580 cards. Check in your local electronic market. Don't go with the online store.

If you have a strong performance PC which from your statement I believe you have or will have in the near future , the solution for you is simple. I see you don't have any mining experience so software that do everything automatically for you where you only need a bitcoin wallet are the best for you.

You can try, Winminer, Nicehash or Computta. They are self explaining software easy to setup and start mining.

Don't bother with cloud mining and watching a few videos on youtube about what you want to realise is always a good idea.

No modern computer that is not an ASIC can mine Bitcoin effectively and at a profit, so your question has been answered.

That being said, if you wish to mine altcoins there is still hope. If you only have a couple a low electrical cost, mining CryptoNight or HODL on Nicehash may be an option for you, though profitability has lowered significantly there.

If you're looking for the simplest way to both CPU and GPU mine, Nicehash's software is the way to go. It's one click, input your address and go. About as easy as it gets. For more information on mining alts I strongly suggest going to the Mining (Altcoin) section. The link to it is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0

You can find all information in mining section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0
Read it and if you don't find information you are looking for ask questions, but I think you will find everything there.
