I was mining on the smithpool and it showed me as finding blocks and shares but owed nothing for payout so I had to switch what I was mining....

Yeah guys I think something very wrong is happening with NYG. None of the pools are working in this moment, what is very weird. I'm not an expert in the subject but I think we really need NYG Nodes and urgent... I really want help and I have been searching about "Run Your Own Node" and I found something that XMY Coin adapted from p2pool. Myriad adaptation: https://github.com/nzsquirrell/p2pool-myriadBitcoin / Litecoin original: https://github.com/p2pool/p2poolSo I thought to myself, probably I can do a few changes and create an adaptation for the people can use with the NYG... Yeah... But I would like to know from the developers if is a good idea or not, before loosing the small time I have... |

There was a problem with the main seed node and it went down.
Around the same time pools started dropping the coin.
A wallet fix was issued with a new seed hardcoded node, but not advertised. This did not fix the issue as the chain refused to sync.
We are stuck now with one chain that doesn't go past block 58 for some reason. Wallets were pulled from github.
We are currently trying to figure out what to do next. More nodes at this point in time will not help. However, it would have definitely helped to prevent this.
