I'm wondering also why there still some crypto related content on google and facebook if they totally confirm to restrict crypto currencies to advertise on their site. And it's been months since they acknowledge that news around the internet and nothings happen until now. maybe fake news.? Lol

Or maybe they don't want to really ban ICO ads. I speculate that the government has put some pressure on this big social media giants that's why they are banning it, however, they haven't put any filtered yet that's why we still seen a lot of ads popping around those social media. We know that they are big companies and capable of putting algorithm around their platform to clean it out, but why we are still seeing it today? Because its gonna take a lot of effort on their part and I don't think they are willing to shell out money just to do that. They are other important things for them for sure, and banning crypto ads this year may not be their priority. Grin
Sometime media/news arent literally true, sometime they just want to control the FUD and the FOMO.
Its really sad that the crypto market is really responsive to every news.

it is not the news, it is an official statement.
Some Advertisements of crypto related contents are still on facebook because their contract has not expired yet. facebook can not just remove them immediately in lawful. but they don't accept any new advertisements of crypto related contents.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The content of the news is that bitcoin advertisements will be banned by Google this coming June, some FUDS spread this news earlier because this will cause panic to some holders, making  those weak hands to probably sell their coins. This might be the reason why its too alarming for todays dropping price of bitcoin already went low.Banning issues absurd by holders makes people to speculate more if its still valuable to hold longer or to just  cut their losses even if they don't get any profit than left with nothing.I just hope that if Google would put any consideration to legitimate ICOs not to be banned, because this will help alot to our fellowmen to have oportunities to work with new projects.

No it is not a joke they have not implemented it yet and also I am in favor with this social media  banning ICO. Their first responsibility is to protect their users and usually who post ads in social media, of course it is ICO. ICO are popping out like mushrooms and most of them are shady.

Facebook has banned Crypto related ads but sometimes I can still see some ICO. Probably they are reviewing it now if it is a legit ICO or a scam ICO.

Google and Facebook were quicker to ban cryptocurrency ads then Russian bot ads or misogyny and racism. You can literally show images of beaten and dead women on Facebook that do not violate Facebooks terms but cryptocurrency does? Messed up. It's going to affect content creators in the bitcoin space. No more ad revenue means no more incentive to create content. Alternatives pay only a fraction of what you can make with adsense. So sites like this one as well as youtube channels will be affected

haha, joke or something, but this looks very silly, my hero! 😂
the question is, if that's true, will there be many more extras on the panic book list? is this just a FUD anyway? but, let's just hope that all this is just a bullshit and a story without a scenario only.

Such big news could not be a joke in the first place. It will look like that these mega organisations have gone crazy about their management skills and that will be bad impression if was owner of it. They surely have the serious agenda on this and its about the time when they will finalise the decisions. Facebook has ran into bigger problem than banning the crypto ads for now. The personal data stealing case is still on and they have to look after that before they could start banning the ads. Googles news is anyway not so serious yet and no legal doc ha published yet.

If I were them then for sure I will look into priorities and for now Facebook has to overcome the stealing case issue.

Now there are blockchain companies that are suing Google, Facebook, and twitter for banning all of the advertising related to encrypted money!

Google's ban on all encryption money related advertising will only be implemented in June!

Care to give a source for that? I hate it when people post these claims without providing any news sources to back it up.
I can't find any articles that back up your claims, so I assume you're just making stuff up to increase your post count...

Here's the source: https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/13/google-bans-crypto-ads.html

Obviously they wouldn't start banning the ads now if they promised to deliver it on June. After all they're probably still receiving money from advertisers and since there are so many of them, they probably want to have a phase out period.

I still confuse, how the ban cryptocurrency advertising will have an impact to bitcoin price?

Don't ask me. Most legitimate advertisements aren't even on google. However it is extremely suspect that facebook/google/twitter all started banning together, which is why there is a crypto group worldwide that is suing them on this.

It's affecting price simply because traders are making a big deal about it. That's the truth about news and media, it can be used to manipulate markets quite easily even though the relevance isn't even that high. One piece of negative news such as crypto ad bans can lead to a huge panic in the market without any sort of rational reason.

Where you got news google ban cryptocurrency related in 18 march? I was read in cnbc.com google will ban cryptocurrency related in june 2018. You can see this news https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2018/03/13/google-bans-crypto-ads.html . It's including a joke?

We will see in june, if adsvertising about cryptocurrency still there, maybe we can say it's a joke right? The price cryptocurrency is very susceptible with speculation, some people who have instinct a cheat they will do it. Write some news and they will spread up the news to internet, it's good job right.

The banning will take effect on June 2018 so no need to be excited. Please see this link https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/13/google-bans-crypto-ads.html So therefore, all incoming ICO will have lot of time to plan very well their project advertisements before that day as i think Google is final on their decision of banning even do they will lost a huge potential income from advertising business if they ban Crypto. Lucky for those ICO that projects are already started that will end before June.

google prohibits cryptocurrency ads to prevent bad ads controversial and contains cyber crimes and fake ICO. I read that the ban will start in June. I think this is just an attempt to suppress the bitcoin price.

It's not a joke because it will be effective on June (someone correct me if I'm wrong with the month). They announced it on March 18 but that's not effective immediately so you must understand that it takes time before they are going to fully implement that they are banning crypto ads.

I still confuse, how the ban cryptocurrency advertising will have an impact to bitcoin price?
The current crash that we are experiencing can be one of its result.

Facebook has already done it. but I can still share anything about crytcurrency.
Google also does the same thing, but I think they just make an issue for their interests.
their action is a monopoly to suppress prices.

I agree with you buddy.Still now it's possible to share about crypto currency in Facebook.I had recently seen some ad related to crypto currency. This will be joke of the year. Grin
Eventhough the crypto currency advertisement is banned, the investors in bitcoin will increase due to it's decentralized concept.

Just the panic that keeps the price falling, and they manage to make this situation.
they managed to lead them to sell their assets and this made the price go down.
this is clearly a bad joke, whales are performing and monopolizing for their sake.

it does not!
it is the market trend that is decreasing the price slowly, we are in a bear market now. and all the rest are just noise in the background telling people's subconscious to feel fear and sell their bitcoins to the whales who are buying cheap coins these days.

There is a FOMO brewing...

They still benefit from those ads. They are joking about it. We know that google sells our info and people today are having interest on cryptocurrencies and the google will surely take advantage on it. That is why you could see ads about crypto everywhere once you make a search about something in google.

To be honestly, in my opinion it is a very good sign for crypto when all those ads get banned.

Do you guys realize which types of ICOS/tokens/websites buy googles adspace to keywords like blockchain, bitcoin, wallet?
I would say 70% are some poor phishing attempts (which sadly do work because there are people who always click the link at the top, wether
it is a google ad or not seems to be completely irrelevant to them).

The other 30% are different scam sites, which also live from baiting people into pasting any sensitive information / downloading malware.

So, if a ton of (stupid) people get scammed through those sites, this will hurt cryptos reputation.
As stupid as it sounds.. but the retarded people have to be guarded from those scams.
If not, bitcoin (or any other crypto) won't be able to rise as fast as they 'deserve'.

On 18 march Google said will ban all crypto related Ads services but until now I still see the ads running, what a jokes?

Google only announced that the ban on March 18. You clearly didn't pay close attention to the announcement because they said the ban would go into effect in June 2018. Ads are paid for in advance and run on a contract, so it takes time to clear out the prepaid inventory of ads that were already slated to run, which is why there is generally lag time in between an announcement of a ban like this and the implementation of it.

I don't know this is true or just another fud whales in order to enhance the effect of the panic. But I see no reason to ban advertising in major social networks had a chance to reduce interest in cryptocurrency. For a long time developed a network of specialized sites that are happy to share with each other the income from advertising.
