The sandbox sounds brilliant. Will it be open for everyone or its owner can configure access? Tell me more about it, please. What is it like?

Sandbox will be open for all W12 platform users.

I am also interested in protection measures against fake comments, etc. The platform is created to exclude scam, but projects can be influenced by feedback, comments and other things. How will you moderate so much content?

The weight of the user's assessment will mainly depend on the growth of his investment (in percent). If the user successfully invests in the ICO, then his estimate will be of great weight. If the user loses money on investing or he is a theorist and only evaluates projects without real investing, his estimate will have a small weight

Do you consider options for token shareholding? Now, this option is missing, but what about it in the future? In my opinion, some people would like it

The future of ICO is not in utility tokens, but in security tokens. Because most tokens are bought to generate revenue.
We will develop legal aspects so that we can sell security tokens

You admit that a project registered on a platform can fail. Do you investigate the issue of screening out bad projects on early stages?

According to statistics, 9 out of 10 selected projects fail when investing in the early stages. That is why the market of decentralized financing requires a model in which the investor can reduce risks and receive a refund. On the platform, the role of the community and experts will be in the elimination of poor-quality projects. But selection does not guarantee that the project will not fail, so the main function of our platform is to change the model of the financing at which the investor can receive a refund.

You say that I need to have a status of at least Gold to invest in a pre-ICO, is this fair? Of course, experienced investors are good for new projects, but also there are very successful newcomes, do they really need to get the Gold status?

Depending on the type of account, you have priority when investing in private pre-sale. Having a golden status you will definitely have the right to participate in all the most interesting deals. If you have a smaller status, you just might not get to the turn if the private pre-sale hard cap is closed.

I don't trust the KYC yet. There were too many scam collecting personal data... What methods and schemes are you going to use to protect my data from hacking?

1) When designing the system, a separate security specialist was involved
2) We order audit of vulnerabilities from third-party specialists
3) We have a bounty program to identify vulnerabilities
4) We use a proven data center for secure data storage
5) Your data is encrypted

I read the whitepaper but there was something I didn't realised clearly. In the document I saw a mention of closed events. Explain, please, what is it? Who will have access to it?

On the platform you can choose a lawyer - this is what  you say in the whitepaper. I would like to know, will you check all these lawyers, ect.? Do you have enough resources and experience to do it?

Your road map is 2-years-long. It is very commendable, because you expect to achieve the goal quickly. But I would like to know your long-ter.

I wanted to ask when your token will be released on the exchange?

Usually its get listed on Etherdelta and Idex straight after ico , because anyone can add it by himself . But if you speak about HitBtc and exchanges like that then its not allowed to disclose it i guess . Usually for good projects it takes like 1 month after ico to get listed on decent exchanges if we dont count etherdelta and idex Smiley Hope it helps

I think if with a period of 1 month after the ico that was a fast period of time if market release soon in a great exchange

Premium account holders receive access to the private pre-sales of ICO projects using the W12 platform and can participate in the W12 Foundation. I hope I understood you question, if not please ask again.
