What are these conditions? Is it fixed or variable? Do you have experts who can distinguish the good project from the bad project?

No initial conditions, we provide equal possibility for everyone to try to enter the platfrom. However, it does nit mean that any project can get in. That will be a scoring model to filter ICO’s.
