What are you talking about? clearly the W12 project uses the blockchain protocol network, and now w12 has already run ICO,
hopefully they reach hardcap easily

It is temporary and market will rebounce soon. If they cashed out funds now then team would loose any chance to increase the $ value of their holdings

Launching ICOs in bearish market is a worst idea and to invest in down trend is even more worse. Azbit is struggling to meet the softcap. I will suggest W12 managers to postponed the sales to further in 2019.
