That's a good news from the world popular IT giant. Another thing being a part of the Japan country Fujitsu coming up with such plans is not a big thing. Japan now wants to make themselves the central hub for all cryptocurrency related activities and large scale companies too were supporting to make the plan come true.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Hybrid server-assisted clients like Electrum get a lot of their network information from centralized servers, but they also check the server's results using blockchain header data. This is perhaps somewhat more secure than either server-assisted clients or header-only clients.

It is a good news for crypto enthusiast that Japan, one of the most advanced and developed country in the world is moving towards the innovation of cryptocurrency. These new technologies are going to revolutionize the way consumers and businesses buy, sell, and distribute goods and services.
Yes, they mainly support cryptocurrencies and especially the blockchain tech. However, they are willing to give up one's privacy for the sake of safety. That's why they're banning anonymous cryptocurrencies, since suspicious activity is going to be untraceable this way. Thus Japan is being kind of a double agent here. The Japaneze are big investors in cryptos and this makes such decisions dangerous for the market in general. I think they need to develop a more transparent policy.
