Vostok will be a ERP like solution with private chains so that major institutions/companies/banks can use it. Waves is a decentralized open blockchain and most institutions dont like this. The technology and code used for Vostok is based on Waves and therefore funded with ICO community funds. There are concerns in the Waves community that Waves holders will not benefit enough from this project and that the team can better focus it's priorities on the Waves platform improvements, rather than launching another project.

Some of transaction traceable for example you can find information about DEX's exchanges operations.
But if you withdraw coins like BTC or Monero you send it to gateway address. In such transaction there is an attachment with encripted output address. In bitcoin blockchain teorethically you can try to find transaction with the same amount in transaction made in a specific period, but it is not possible with monero.

Well i don't know about the detail of vostok, so i won't make speculation about it due to it will gives wrong information about the vostok to all of the community of waves, i think it will be better to ask on their official channel on telegram the link of it is available on here https://t.me/Wavescommunity maybe there are users who know more detail about the vostok.

i have no idea what they are about to do but if vostok is going to be using the wavesplatform then the users and businesses using this vostok will also pay waves fee per transaction, correct?  i've search over the net but can't find more information about the project seem close door for now.
