Waves is strong blockchain with huge potential. Smart-contracts and atomic swap are very powerful elements for blockchain. Let's see, because the competition is so high in blockchains. Good luck, Waves!

I think waves has great potential like ethereum but I don't know why company are not using Waves platform. I like its dex too much. very  Good GUI.

I don't understand it as well. One of the main advantage is that token get listed on DEX right after ICO.

I think personally, Every crypto will increase this month. Waves have a good chance to beat the market. And many low-quality projects tend to be interested in this platform, which is great. This prevents a really good project from which to choose.

Did you know the best performing digital currency since january (WAU Coin) is on the waves platform. WAU also outperformed all major asset classes on earth since it was released.  Waves is so underrated because its not hyped 24/7 like the eth icos which all crashed in 2018

I enjoy working with the finest digital currency developers on earth

A day-to-day usage of crypto is gradually becoming more attractive to businesses. Whilst large corporation can team up with the engineers, scientists and advanced IT-companies to develop blockchain tools, tailored exclusively for the corporation’s needs, there are fewer out-of-the-box solutions that can be adopted by small and medium businesses.

Paytomat — Waves Lab participant — facilitates the adoption of cryptocurrencies in real life by enabling local stores and online merchants to accept payments in crypto. If you are a business owner, willing to accept payments in crypto, please, fill out this form: https://goo.gl/LZqLuH
The information you provide will help Paytomat make business more efficient and facilitate a wider adoption of blockchain technology.

One more month of hard work is behind. Here’s their May review of the major highlights for the Waves Platform. Enjoy the read: http://telegra.ph/Waves-May-Review-06-08

I read the following in an article about the new Waves data storage possibility:

Quote
As explained by the Waves team, each value has a data type associated with it, and four data types are currently supported: boolean, integer, byte array, and string. Further types will likely be added in the future.

Basically I welcome that feature. Images can be easily converted in byte array which is one of the data storage types. What happens when illegal images are uploaded to the blockchain?

This is a nice decrepit cast with a plenty of work stocks. I indeed alike an essence of decentralised converts, I'm regretful that they are not real confidential, nevertheless I'm confident that soon it will change!
No, this will not change, because this system works well and is used in industries, here we have to wait for something new. Unlike blockchain technology.

There is so much crypto stuff out there now that great projects like WAVES gets lost in the smoke and mirrors of all of the defective stuff.

I just discovered the decentralized exchange today on my WAVES client and am still staggering around with my lower jaw on the floor.  AMAZING.

You mean that I can actually trade coins on that exchange without having to tell them what brand of underwear I have on and where I live etc.?

Can I obtain a list of the coins traded on WAVES?  I know I can try and figure them out from the exchange but would rather get the list without
doing that if you know where I can find it.  Thanks.

If both the legal big tech criminals and legal government criminals can see your data, so can the illegal criminals.  Swiss based online privacy and data protection is the solution.

Greetings!
Thanks for your kind words and interesting concerning Waves Platform and DEX. Speaking about the list of tradable assets - there's no opportunity to create such list because all newly created tokens are automatically available for trades on DEX by default, so it's impossible track all of 'em and there's no such need.
But there's a list of assets having ticker symbol: https://support.wavesplatform.com/en/knowledge-bases/2/articles/8141-the-list-of-all-assets-having-ticker-symbol
These assets are identified and original. Verification process is disabled at this moment but there will be such opportunity as soon as the team will prepare the terms and the tools for it. Stay tuned and don't forget to follow our news and announcements channels.
Kind regards,
Waves Community Manager.

Who remember the name of the second man who walked on the moon?

Crypto GAFA are:
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Ripple

Wave is and is supposed to stay an outsider.

BTW, lokks like vostock is a kinda R3 consortiem/Ripple alike.
This project makes no sense (place already taken by big players) but rather sounds like sasha has burned the cash and needs fresh money.

You always state that waves still own 20k BTC but unless proven by an independant audit, consider this assumption as it is : rumor has it.

I would be very careful with such remarks, that's really presumptuous. Surely such an audit would be useful for all projects to create more transparency,
but with such a remark I would be careful. The Waves team has always been very fair and open to the community. We should not forget that.

The price of waves sucks ass. Alot of people did a ton of work for waves but its fucking 4$ compared to ETH 500$.   Waves tech is way better than ETH but sasha better hit the gas on the price action or developers are going to leave waves for a platform that makes money

The problem is not the tech but the adoption. Ethereum would be so successfull if there would have been hundreds (probably thousands) of ICOs utilizing ERC20 or real world applications like CryptoKitties. If there would be more ICO on Waves and some interesting applications the price would be values multiple times of now.

Hey everyone, dropping this in here so that people (and most importantly Waves token creators) are aware.

I wanted to share some information on https://www.Nessie.io, which is a new and unique Exchange that allows for access to liquidity on the Exchange as well as Seamless Access to Digital Wallet & Gaming Services provided by Monster Byte. (Nessie is a Monster Byte product).

Out of the gate, we will support qualified Waves tokens, including our own. I know first-hand it's hard for Waves tokens to get listed onto exchanges, so if you have a token and are looking for an exchange with liquidity, please contact me directly via PM or by visiting https://www.nessie.io

Also worth noting, we are now going to start leveraging Monster Byte tokens (from our ICO last year) as a unit of utility and payment for listing fees onto the exchange (similar to how Binance operates). Anyone paying in MBI will be offered steep discounts over btc or eth.

More info about Monster Byte can be found on our blog: https://medium.com/monsterbyte

Yes me too because however the innovations and mass addoption in waves platform is needed to be waves platform more better and sucessfull in the future include many projects on waves platform. Paytomat is one of many innovations in waves platform to make waves to become liquidity and new usage options to waves, hopefully in the future will many something are like paytomat on waves platform.
