This guy stableearning posting about ETH giveway on all local boards and almost on all marketplace section. Pls check his/her profile. I don't know it's allowed or not. Also he creates posts the false DIWtoken and DIGIPHARM bounty thread. I worry it will deceives other members.

I've just check his last posts. Some of his giveway posts already deleted, I think someone already report him. Just worry about the false thread.

Strictly speaking, the forum rule No. 15 prohibits the on-forum giveaway, but not the off-forum ones, see the quotation below.  However creating fake ANN threads is surely not allowed.
