Please read more carefully what OP are asking for. He are wearing signature code given by his signature campaign, but he want to create custom signature for his own needs.
OP, I recommend to follow tutorials which was posted by TryNinja. If you still don't know how to create signatures, you can hire a designer at Services board.

It can look complicated but is very easy there are in reality only few most usefull tags like [/b] [/color] [/size] [/url]

Good question, another tip that may help you is to go to the Services Discussion forum board and look at the signature campaign announcement threads. Those threads list the signatures they want participants to carry for the various rank levels. You can look at those signatures and understand what code creates which graphics. From that you can start to play around with and design your own custom signatures.
