How high do you think or hope bitcoin price to go up next year?

We need to be patient, bitcoin is here to stay for many years, we know that bitcoins are finite and the more demand we have the higher the price, so I do not see why so many people are obsessed that the price increases immediately

If someone told you you were going to be rich in 10 years time. Would that change the next 10 years for you? For most people it wouldn't, they'd still have to struggle through those 10 years. In short to answer your question, it's no fun being rich in the future, only in the present.

People are greedy and want to get good results in a short space of time, but with bitcoin it will not be possible. imagine the people who bought bitcoin when the price was $1 and hold until today, it was many years that these people had to hold their bitcoins, but it was only worth having been patient. I saw some people complaining that they bought when the price was $ 18000 and they sold with losses because they believe that the price will never reach the $18000 again, but these people are making a big mistake when selling with losses

30000 USD is the price I am anticipating bitcoin will end with in the year 2019.If by June of 2019, bitcoin is able to break into 15000 to 18000 price , then it is likely to end up 30,000 by the close of 2019. The stability it has enjoyed for the past month is a sign bitcoin is ready to rebound soon.

This year, 2018, the price of bitcoin has been consistently playing around $6000-$7000, but it is expected to rise by the end of the year. It is almost the end of the year. If the price did not move up by the end of the year, how much do you think and/or hope the price of bitcoin to change next year? Can we expect a huge bump or do we have to prepare ourselves for an even lower dip? What do you think?

I think price would be higher than what it is now and it can even reach maybe a new all time high. It has been a long eleven months wherein people are waiting for the price to recover and maybe aim for a new ATH but then so far, it is not happening. Since market is a cycle and we are in a bear market, bull market would eventually come and I believe that a new all time high would be reach then. Maybe a $50,000 a bitcoin price would be achievable since it will be fueled by the old and new investors.

It seems you are quite hopeful for better price range coming up in few weeks. Although you haven’t said this, but we are all hopeful and much anxious about price in last month of this year. We have been waiting for so and so long, like eleven months of continuum wait and still prices are quite not welcoming and charming. Believe in bitcoin and pray for its well being.

This year, market movements have confused me, and I don't expect too much for this year. This year I can only be patient to hold on and I don't want to take the risk of selling it, maybe in 2019 bitcoin will have the opportunity to raise prices.

2019 could be a decent year but I believe it will be last months of 2019 that we need to look out for. The price will definitely go up during the 2020 halving and if I am not wrong that will be during the may month. Now if the halving will happen during the may that means during the last months of 2019 we will start to see people getting more and more bitcoins, just saving up for the inevitable rise of the price.

Right now there doesn't seem to be any reason for bitcoin to go up, not right now and not in 2019 neither but when the summer comes there will be more people into bitcoin and during the last months those people and us will start to collect as much as we can to get the chance to sell after the halving when miners will stop selling for cheap and the price will go up.

I don't think the market will go parabolic yet and many will be very afraid to invest at a price near to the previous ATH because of what happened last time the price reached that level.

This is a good prediction, when I look at the forum I see nothing but some of the weirdest predictions with people predicting that bitcoin is going to reach prices that I know are impossible in that time frame, so reaching a price barely above 10000 is completely possible by the end of 2019 because I am the same as you and I do not expect a big recovery by then.

That is always a possibility but we know, and I'm sure that many people know, that even if the price of bitcoin is relatively stable at the moment we know that is not going to last forever and at some point there is going to be a new bull market, I do not know when that is going to happen but we know it is almost a certainty that it will happen at some point, that will not be a problem for companies but we know that after a bull market a bear market appears.

About next year no one can tell how much high it will go but it all depends on 2018 closing price, as this price only will be decided for the next year price. About stable price if it continues then i think traders wont be happy and long term investors will start to take profit as they are seeing the price is getting stable

I think with more stability comes more credibility. A 100% increase in a year is still far better than most stocks or currencies so bitcoin would still be a good investment. A stable price also would alleviate a lot of the worries of institutions. I do agree that we'd see less traders in the space and people collecting their profits but they'd be replaced by others in due course. Bitcoin doesn't also need to be traded much if at all in order to fulfill its design as a currency not an investment vehicle.
