Guys. Come on. Those who brought Bitcoin at the peak aren't knowledgeable with the market and been a victim of missing the train and now that it corrected itself. It is healthy to pull itself back from those extreme rise and before the year ends we will see new records setting up in a much more logical rise.

Bitcoin will probably maintain its current position for sometime at $6000 or a little less than that and none of those coins could replace Bitcoin anytime soon. Because the Bitcoin is still more famous than it predecessors, and its value is because of its community and features, and yes the most important thing that makes Bitcoin more valuable than ETH, and Ripple is its limited supply of 21 million Bitcoins which is still lower than ETH, and Ripple.

The other reason that makes Bitcoin more valuable and usable than ETH, and Ripple is its entry into the market. Other cryptoes came after Bitcoin and that's why if its usage decrease than the whole market will face huge collapses in future. Ethereum, and Ripple are also down in value because of crypto-market collapse. And, the ones who use ETH and XRP instead of Bitcoin will face more losses than the ones who use Bitcoin.

I will only consider it, if eth and Ripple is on gaining price while Bitcoin is losing, but unfortunately everytime BTC crash all altcoins are also following, so the price so much depends on the price of Bitcoin and not Ethereum or Ripple.

thats it,move on guys we cant back whats happen last year,those who bought in peak when price is around $15,000-19,000 accept the reality that the recovery cant be done by overnight.the correction has been done and if the speculation is right this will take 1-2 years again to get the highest price bitcoin ever had.so lets keep the patience and be calm.we trust bitcoin right?so wait no rush will happening soon

Ripple is a pump and dump coin whose major supply is held by a single company, and hence, it CANNOT replace Bitcoin ever!
As of today, there is not any coin which can replace Bitcoin. Probably in the next few years we might see a coin climbing up the chart but to dethrone bitcoin from the top would take a herculean effort. In most countries, people still think BTC and Cryptos are synonymous and still cant differentiate between the both. So, expecting bitcoin to be replaced by some other ALT would not happen.
Also, price can never be stable. It will always be volatile. 6000$ is a support price for BTC and we can expect it to rise again soon.

I still have faith in bitcoin and I believe that this is only another bump in the road that it can pass through. Bitcoin will gain its uptrend sooner or later and it will reach 9000 again. Ethereum and Ripple is no match for bitcoin and bitcoin can still prove itself.
