moved the blockexplorer redirect at explorer.skeincoin.xyz.
Made a little template with usefull links (pools/services/wallet downloads/explorer).
Both the x86 and x64 wallet links are the original builds. (Considering the mega and skeincoin.com links arent working anymore. I hope that some other ppl can confirm the bins )
