Like the others said, Coinbase and also CampBx. Campbx still does ACH and Money orders!

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Coinbase is nice can be a pain in the beginning but once you can buy instantly it has a huge advantage in USA

ya, coinbase too. But is there any problem with btc-e.com?

IIRC it's become quite difficult to get USD on BTC-E. Granted, I have not attempted this for some time since I only trade between BTC and LTC on their site these days.
