Read the whitepaper! Pay attention to the rank of topicstarter: it is desirable that they were Sr. Member or Hero Member (may be Full Member). Preferably, the company already had a working project, so that they have the results of their work.

To choose good bounty most of the following requirements are necessary to be observe.
1. You most know the percentage and the volume of bounty that will be distributed
2. Usefulness of the token
3. Read the road map and the White paper
4. You can also know with the number of participants

There is no generic rule or instructions to follow. What I do is, I check the team behind the ICO first and check the idea behind the project.Check whether the project has good backing like angel investor. If you are satisified with overall metrics of project, sign up.
