Hi everybody, I'm just curious what does it means?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bitcointalk-Bitcoin-Forum-Account-Registered-in-2010-/181250699632?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a33623170

To  me it clearly looks like a scammer setup.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I am not surprised to see account trading.
But seriously 190 USD for just a forum account?
