hi all.
I am quite new to the whole bitcoin thing and I am afraid i may have come off to a bad start and was wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience.

I recently purchased some items from www.bitvapors.com

I conducted my purchase through bitpay and got a completed payment invoice

However, after completing the transaction I did not receive any confirmation whatsoever of the goods being shipped, no tracking numbers or anything.

I have tried contacting them 3 times over the last week or so and they do not reply.

There is a thread on this forum by the bitvapors company promoting their goods. However, as I am still a newby a cannot comment on it directly.

Could somebody offer some advice?
I emailed bitpay and are awaiting their reply so fingers crossed

hey guys,
thanks for the replies.

yeah, I kinda already spent $50 on them, and being a student I'm not exactly made of money.
The thing that is really getting to me is that they aren't replying to my emails.
Has anybody resolved any issues from similar circumstances and had to contact bitpay?
was anybody successful at getting a useful reply from bitpay?

cheers
