I want to say, It depends on what altcoin you prefer to invest. But preferably, Ethereum is an excellent choice for investing. You can buyeth at a lower price. You might think that is quite risky but one characteristic of eth is its volatility like bitcoin. And also If the altcoin market is currently also down with bitcoin, this is an opportunity to take that risk because it can go up sooner or later.

In my view, altcoin is not risky to invest, and it also depends on what you prefer to invest. But Ethereum is an excellent choice for investing. You can buy at a lower price.
