Participants independently choose projects. Also, you can participate in the project for a month or two months ... but it will not bring profit. Let's admit the necessary sum will not be collected. How to be then?
There is still no final decision on the bounty. Perhaps all will end in August. And then it will be 4 months. From April to August. This is a typical time for bounty.
