So basically the Golem network, but you don't have any actual software yet

I do not have the software yet, I only have the idea of how it would be and I would like to have the development of it decentralized. I just dropped the idea for thought.
is different from Golem, in it you can not create a server and use it as you want, golem is rendered, it is very different from a totally decentralized server.
