Yes why not , Eth price is dropping , I think this is the perfect time to accumulate eth and join in icos. I am not talking about any definite ico , but the overall good projects . Some projects , reached their Hardcap as fast as first day of presale , some even accumulated $50 million. And the ideas behind those are awesome. So if you find any of these type of ico , you should definitely join. But you have to always do your own research before investing your money in anything.
