Just first do a research about the project and if you will found out everything  good 100% then invest. But please bear in your mind that ICO investing is a long term hold. No one invested in ICO that after 1 week of token/coin release on market  then all ICO investors become instant millionaire. Theres no such thing. ICO investors must need lot of patient and determination to hold.
