I think you should wait a bit more and see if it is not still done then complain to idex market and ask them for help.  Grin I don't see any other way.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

The possibility of idex market is being disturbed, or you may have to increase the cost of Gas. The cost of gas affects sooner or later deposits. I suggest to add Gas cost
or you can also try to complain to the idex customer service market. You can send messages to this contact @ im007 and @IDEXChat. Good luck
