So I recently bought a chili board from a friend. I bought the Evo 212 and just need suggestions on what I can pick up at Home Depot/Lowe's for hardware to get the heatsink mounted properly. Any help is appreciated!

From what I understand, the cooler should mount to it. I believe that the only thing else needed is a thermal pad. It is used instead of heat sink compound because it (the compound) contains silver and may short out the chips. If I have read correctly, that is the only thing needed.
