There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I don't think it is possible because the hardware in phones is not good enough to mine bitcoins. if it would be possible your phone will get really hot and your battery could explode.

So i think it isn't possible and never will be because of the generated heat.

https://blockchain.info/wallet/sms-phone-deposits

Can't find it on my account.. that's why I was asking

I am confused, so you don't want to mine btc right? You just want to buy btc and put them in your mobile? If that is the case.

Then go to localbitcoin and buy btc, and give the btc wallet address on your phone. Then you will get btc on your mobile within a few seconds.

No, they want to buy bitcoins via mobile payments, like it gets added on their phone bill.

Now, why do they want to do that? Your phone bill will be sky rocket high.

It's a payment method....

Spend 100 dollars via a credit card or 100 dollars via a phone bill it's the same thing..

Surely I must be able to buy BTC with my mobile phone credit?

Receiving payments via phone payments is expensive

Wow..... ok I'll try and explain in a little more detail.

I WANT TO BUY BITCOIN WITH MY MOBILE PHONE CREDIT.....

I SEND A TEXT TO THE COMPANY.....

THE COMPANY THEN CHARGES MY PHONE BILL FOR THE BITCOIN.....

I GET BITCOIN, capiche?

there must be a website that does this?

EXAMPLE....

http://www.bitcoinbymobile.com/

That website doesn't work for me though because it always times out, anyone know of any similar sites?

how many coins are you looking for.

Have you considered Barclays PingIt mobile app to buy via Blockchain? It might not be exactly what you were after, but might achieve a similar result. Blockchain stopped supporting it for a while but it seems to be listed again now.
