Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Still no coins received?

How Ripple Rips you: "The founders of Ripple Labs created 100 billion XRP at Ripple's inception. No more can be created according to the rules of the Ripple protocol. Of the 100 billion created, 20 billion XRP were retained by the creators, seeders, venture capital companies and other founders. The remaining 80 billion were given to Ripple Labs. Ripple Labs intends to distribute and sell 55 of that 80 billion XRP to users and strategic partners. Ripple Labs also had a giveaway of under 200 million XRP (0.002% of all XRP) via World Community Grid that was later discontinued.[29] Ripple Labs will retain the remaining 25 billion"

Output selection for withdrawals is custom code written by Mark in PHP and MySQL...

Really the person to ask about what's going on behind the scenes at Mt Gox is Ukyo.

He showed up to a couple Bitcoin Meetups in Dallas during the summer and had lots of interesting things to say about Mark, Mt Gox, and Coinlab.

Pretty much what I already posted in this thread, and what people generally tend to think of Vessenes already. Also he had some cool plans for Weexchange that seem to have not materialized.

Delay of more than three days:
3 days ago I sent 700 BTC (The university of my son)  to this address:  (  https://blockchain.info/es/address/1PPWBeauKVg3PahkbA3VXXS6zrfvfsMNJC  ) Three days later I'm still waiting. The balance in my account looks like he made the shipment but  IT IS NOT TRUE.  Where is my money?

As you can see the shipping seems to have done but is not in the blockchain.

This is what they answer me: (Marcus)

Thank you for your email. We are sorry to inform you that we sense an issue in blockchain and looks like BTC withdrawals are appearing on block chain with a delay. We will have this checked and we will keep you updated on the status and we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

Best regards...

I've been waiting 3 days...

Besides posting  it here.   What can I do?

Any ideas please...

I had the same experience. Tried to withdraw coins but they never showed up in the blockchain. After contacting support  the coins arrived within a matter of hours.

How long ago did you file the support request?

Holy shit expirienced the sam problem tried to get my 8 BTC out.
Never heard from this before.

If the Mtgox support is like BTC-e support (1 sentence per day only), then i swear i never use Gox again.
13.406.911 USD Volume per day, and so unprofessional? (by the way every Bank would love them, but they stay at a shitty Bank which limits them, and causes 4 weeks fiat withdraws... unprofessional like hell)

is there a live support (not email or helpdesk)??

Not a problem. I just read your post and could relate. No harm done here...

I hope your funds arrive shortly. You definitely should keep this forum posted - if Gox can't honor BTC withdrawals anymore they're in pretty deep trouble.

I had those problems on November 03 at about 21:00 CET. Maybe this information helps...
