Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Geez... I wished I'd read this thread before I even did anything with my Mt Gox account.   Maybe I'll get my little itsy bit of BTC, but probably not until hell freezes over.

Bitstamp on the other hand has been superb - no issues.  As I'm in IT, I can't see any reason for things especially with Bitcoin, to be nothing but extremely automated.  Trouble with fiat, I can understand, given the real world hassles and regulations, but BTC is all automated.

Apparently you put anything into Mt Gox, and it becomes a no interest loan to them.  I think they've been running a long con and now are wrapping up operations

I read on a certain topic that one can 'push' on his own his failed TX (?)

Usually there is a good reason that the transaction got stuck, can't push a broken TX when it contains invalid double spends. Gox has had this problem for months, it's not until BTC prices started to drop after the latest price hike that it started to become a major problem. People who want to sell and cant get money out of gox has to transfer away and that I suspect has caused a huge surge in the amount of transactions out of gox. Withdraws are not completely broken it's just that the larger the transaction the more likely it is to contain double spends.

24 hours now since my withdrawal

No BTC, (6.23), no answer on my support ticket, nothing whatsoever just straight robbery if my 4k euros /Btc.

If I get out of this alive or not MTGox has totally lost my business for good this is unbelievable after paying 200$ above the rest of the market price on top of it now I can't sell on bitstamp and could take another big hit if the price drops more.

Hey fellas, I've used Gox for a while and still like them BUTTT of course they have some reliability issues! Hahaha, in saying that I withdrew 10 BTC today and ended up on the bad tx list 1400 and something hahaa.

They just rebroadcast that stuff later do they not?  I do not want to bother with support tickets if there are 1500+ people in the same boat.  I am sure they will get to it?

File a security report to support.mtgox.com.

Have you got 2FA enabled?

Check your e-mail box security.

The attacker got access to your account. So (s)he either stole your MtGox password, or s(he) used password reset feature to change the password and stole the new password from your e-mail inbox.

Have you received a notification from MtGox about BTC withdrawals? There should be an IP listed.

The failed BTC withdrawals seem random. I have had 2 out of 8 that are stuck over the last 4 days.  All are less than 1 BTC each.

Doe anyone have any idea how Gox fixes these (if they ever do)?   Do they cancel the transaction and restore your BTC?  or do the create a new transaction and resend your BTC?
